Sign in to CodeSoh products

Every CodeSoh product signs you in through CodeSoh Accounts. You keep one account, one password, and one second step, wherever you are in CodeSoh.

What happens when you sign in to a product

To sign in to a product such as CodeSoh Artifex, follow these steps:

1. In the product, click Sign in. Your browser goes to accounts.soh.gg.
2. If you aren't signed in to Accounts yet, sign in as described in Sign in.
3. If the product asks for your approval, read what it's requesting and click Continue as YOUR_NAME.

Your browser returns to the product, signed in.

A product made by CodeSoh doesn't ask for approval, because the products are part of the same service. Any other application asks the first time, and asks again when it requests something that you haven't granted yet.

The approval page

The page is titled Continue to APPLICATION_NAME and shows the following:

• The account in use: your display name and your email address.
• What the application is requesting, one row for each item, with what it means.
• Continue as YOUR_NAME, which approves the request and returns you to the application.
• Use a different account, which signs you out of Accounts and asks you to sign in again.
• Cancel and return to APPLICATION_NAME, which declines and returns you to the application.

Command-line tools

Command-line tools don't go through this page. They use a personal access token instead.
